Bears Unlimited, Inc. is excited to announce the publications of our fourth Attu’s Adventures book: Attu’s Adventures in Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks.
In this Adventure, Attu journeys to two of the most unique and enchanting places in the southwest. Attu marvels at the vibrant vistas, whimsical landscapes and hardy wildlife that call these two parks home. Attu’s Zion and Bryce Canyon adventure is full of hiking, canyoneering, hiking and more hiking! He also explores some of the creature comforts at the beautiful lodges within each National Park.
This latest Attu’s Adventure book can be purchased through our website. Also look for Attu’s Adventures books at local book stores in Joshua Tree, CA, Verde Valley, AZ and Sedona, AZ.
New Price for the Attu’s Adventures Book Series
We at Bears Unlimited Inc. are excited to announce that though some hard work and efficiencies in scale we can lower the price of the Attu’s Adventures series to $12.95. We attained this through cost reductions in the printing process but the Attu’s Adventures series will still be printed in America. We also have implemented cost reductions in the actual research aspects of each book. This entails complete and thorough planning for each trip that we take for the purpose of research, photography and computer time in the office.
The Attu’s Adventures series of three books will be growing soon! Attu’s Adventures in Zion and BryceNational Parks is in the final edit process. Next week Mingo will be in Arches, Canyonlands Capital Reef and many points in between to finish the text research and photography. Libby will be working hard in getting both of these books to the publisher soon.
The books after that will take a change of direction to the “Attu Explores” series. This is the science, history and human history aspect of Attu’s work. The sixth book in the series will be titled Attu Explores the Western Expansion – Lewis and Clark Expedition. This book will examine the exploration of theLouisiana Purchaselands and the journey through this unexplored and rugged territory. Book seven will really be cool! This book will allow Mingo to get back underground and into hislove of mining history – Attu Explores the Western Expansion – California Gold Rush. Both of these books will introduce children and, probably many adults, to these exciting and challenging times in the course of our country’s history.
We hope that you will enjoy the new books coming in this new year. Your support when purchasing Attu’s Adventures books and our T-shirts aid in producing new books and in the work that BUI performs in the research and education field. We also hope that the readers of the Attu series learn more about our environment and that children develop a new appreciation for reading, nature and learning.
